I can not recommend Jaime and Hill Valley Properties highly enough. I thought I was moving over a year ago and Jaime spent a considerable amount of time showing me properties, honing down the features that would make me happiest and showing me properties that had those features rather than wasting my time. She always stuck within my budget, never trying to get me into a more expensive house, the way some other agents do. (Good for them, not so good for me). Then we found out we weren’t moving yet. Jaime accepted that cheerfully and checked in from time to time to see what my moving status was. When we were finally able to move, we started looking again, targeting only homes with my desired features. And we found one! That’s when she really started to shine. Jaime has an extensive construction background and she fought for specific features and pricing for me and, before my final walk through, she actually showed up with her contractor to make sure everything was perfect, since it was new construction. She always responded almost instantly to texts with questions and, because of her expertise, I’m moving into a flawless new home. I have never used an agent so invested in the welfare and happiness of her clients. Using any other agent would be a missed opportunity.Linda A. (Buyer)
