Tampa is a city that never gets boring
It’s our opinion that Tampa is one of the most cosmopolitan cities in Florida. Tampa is truly a melting pot of food, culture and activities. If it exists, you can probably find it in Tampa. Tampa offers an abundance of restaurants, museums, theater performances, concerts, art festivals, craft markets and more.
When it comes to sports, Tampa has three major national teams. For football, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, NHL Hockey is the Tampa Bay Lightning, and for baseball, the Tampa Bay Rays play here too.
For attractions, in the heart of Tampa is Busch Gardens and Adventure Island and if the weather gets too hot, some of Florida's best beaches are only 30 minutes away.
The natural parks and beaches are beautiful and easy to get to. Downtown has the Riverwalk which is a great place to walk, run or bike.
We have lots of museums: the Tampa Museum of Art, Glaser Children's Museum, Tampa Bay History Center, the Museum of Science and Industry, Henry B. Plant Museum at UT. As an art enthusiast, it is well known that Tampa has a growing arts scene and you can find art and art studios everywhere.
Tampa International Airport is one of the best in the nation and the Port of Tampa the largest in Florida, with both cargo and cruise shipping.
The University of South Florida (USF) and the University of Tampa (UT) are excellent colleges.
Tampa is a place that you will call home for quite some time.
